Armed Robbers Attack University of Ibadan Students, Steal Valuables

Students of the University of Ibadan (UI) had a terrible experience on Saturday morning when armed robbers entered Awolowo Hall and stole their belongings.

The robbers came in the early hours of the morning when most students were sleeping. They moved from room to room, taking phones, laptops, and money. Some students who refused to give their items were beaten.

Students said they were scared and helpless because there was no quick help from security officers.

After the robbery, many students spoke out on social media, asking the school to improve security.

"We do not feel safe in our hostel," one student said. "The school must act fast before something worse happens."

The university has not released an official statement yet, but reports say security officers are investigating the incident. More security officers have also been seen around the campus.

This incident has made students worried about their safety. They hope the school will take action to prevent another robbery.
